- For ladies, avoid full length hosiery, electrodes will be placed directly on your legs\

- Take a meal before the test
- Do not apply lotion or oil in the chest area. Small sticky patches (ELECTRODES) will need to stick to your chest
- Have at least 8 hours of sleep
24 HOUR BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORING
- Bring Doctor's request
- Take a bath before your appointment. Most monitors can't be removed and must be kept dry once monitoring begins

TREADMILL/STRESS ECHOCARDIOGRAM
- Take a meal before the test

- Do not apply lotion or oil in the chest area. Electrodes will need to stick to your chest

ARTERIAL/VENOUS DUPLEX SCAN LEGS & CAROTID DUPLEX SCAN - NECK
- Scanning starts from groin area all the way down to your feet. Please wear dress that will be easy to access this body part, otherwise you might be asked to take your jeans or trouser off
- Scanning may take less or more than an hour. For continuous scanning please do necessary toilet needs before the procedure
- Schedule will be on the first come first serve basis. Your slot will be given to other patient once missed 5 minutes after your name was called
- Please be advised that we might call you for a review scan upon the request of the vascular consultant
